A - Pours a dark reddish brown with a very thin tan head. Decent amount of oily lacing.
S - Aroma is caramel, raisins, plums and whiskey barrel.
T - The taste is raisins, plums, brown sugar, toffee, spicy rye and a nice hit of booze from the whiskey barrel.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a slick drying finish.
O - This is a top notch barrel aged barleywine.
