Starting with our house culture, we fermented this beer cold. Brewed with a blend of traditional noble hops and modern American hops.

A - Pours a cloudy deep orange with a two finger foamy white head. Heavy amount of soapy lacing.
S - Aroma is orange, grapefruit and bready malts.
T - The taste is orange, peach, candied lemon, grapefruit, toasted biscuit and a light bitter finish.
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Chewy mouthfeel with a crisp drying finish.
O - Really well done Pale Ale.
