Double barrel-aged barleywine aged in an 8-year Elijah Craig bourbon barrel for 9 months before finishing in a Hemingway Papas Pilar rum barrel for 4 additional months. Our first time incorporating rum barrels into our barrel program and we could not be more excited for how it turned out!

A - Pours a deep dark brown with no head.
S - Aroma is caramel, vanilla and plums.
T - The taste is caramel, vanilla, raisins, toffee, figs and a nice bourbon warning in the finish.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with a slick finish.
O - Top notch barleywine.
