This beer was aged for just over one year in a Willett rye barrel. We then conditioned it on a blend of toasted and untoasted coconut flakes. We love the way the rye spice compliments the wave of coconut!

A - Pours a deep dark brown with virtually no head. Decent amount of oily lacing.
S - Aroma is chocolate, coconut and vanilla.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, vanilla, coconut, spicy rye and a nice whiskey warmth in the finish.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with an oily finish.
O - Top notch. Liquid Mounds bars.
