Aged in an 8 year Elijah Craig Barrel for 9 months before finishing in a Laird’s Apple Brandy Barrel for 4 additional months. This beer marks the return of one of our favorite variations from the Harbors series of Double Barrel aged barleywines.

A - Pours a deep dark brown with a very thin off white head.
S - Aroma is plums, chocolate, green apple and bourbon.
T - The taste is plums, dark cherries, molasses, chocolate, tart apple, oak and a nice bourbon warmth in the finish
M - Full body with medium carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with slick prickly finish.
O - Top notch Barleywine.
