This tiramisu inspired stout was aged for one year in a Heaven Hill bourbon barrel before being transferred to a Woodford Reserve Double Oaked bourbon barrel for an additional 6 months. We then conditioned it on toasted coconut, vanilla beans, and Mostra coffee.

A - Pours a syrupy dark brown with no head. Heavy amount of oily lacing.
S - Aroma is dark chocolate, coconut and heavy barrel.
T - The taste is dark chocolate, coconut, vanilla, caramel, oak and a nice bourbon warmth in the finish.
M - Full body with low carbonation. Syrupy mouthfeel with an oily finish.
O - Really good. Tons of barrel. Flavors are on the sweeter side without being cloying.
