Two tasters at the brewery, they were rationing a couple beers that were in low supply.
Pale pastel yellow gold, slight haze, lasting foam with drippy lacing.
Aroma is mild and yeast driven, clean and fresh impression.
Taste is light and easygoing, crackery pale malt and a lightly fruity ale yeast.
Body is light and crisp, carb level is perfect. Finishes dry and you want more.
Excellent pairing with cevapi from Sandy's down the street. Simple and effective.
