Served in a taster at the brewery.
Pale gold, bright clarity, visible carb trails. Compact layer of foam, spotty lace.
Aromas of coriander and lime peel, fairly mild.
Taste is similar, coriander forward with minor dried lime citrus zest, faint wheat.
Body is light and thin, needs some extra body to be a Wit, seems more like a pale wheat.
Overall this is ok, but not their best beer. A bit thin and mild for the style.
