Draft goblet, thanks to Thomas and Jenny for sharing!
This was only marginally better than the standard Farmhouse Sour ale tasted side by side. There was a hint of nebulous fruitiness, some vague citrus that barely set it apart.
Hazy golden orange with slow rising carb trails, thin layer of short-lived foam.
Soft aroma, vaguely hinting at light citrus. Pretty nondescript for a beer dry-hopped with Citra.
Taste has a mellow tartness and slight impression of citrus fruitiness. Same as the standard version, it has notes of Belgian yeast, wet hay, and dried lemon peel. Sort of grainy and not all that funky or expressive unfortunately. It is pretty drinkable, though not memorable really.
