Form the 12 oz can in a snifter. This decent little gose pours a
luminous ruby amber color with a minimal head that fizzles out
fast to nothingness. Nose of tart cherries and acidic elements.
Flavors actually surpass the nose with presentation showing
a well balanced tart cherry and subtle salt note amid layers
of funk and subtle toasted malts. Decent mouth feel; medium
light body, low carbonation, and a tart dry finish.
Overall a decent little brew.
Cheers

Gose beer has been my goto beers lately. The beer is refreshing to drink. This beer has been waiting in the fridge for me to drink going on three months. The beer is 40 degrees and served in a pint glass. The fizzy one finger head with poor retention. The head was a pinkish hue. The color of the beer is medium golden amber with a reddish hue. The clarity of the beer is clear with effervescence.
Typical gose aromas wheat, toasted malts, salt, yeast, and cherries.
The beer's flavors are toasted malt, wheat, salt, tart cherries, and yeast.
The mouthfeel of the beer is crisp and light.
The body of the beer is light, high carbonation, and a medium finish.
The gose beer is standard. The salt is prevalent and the cherries give the beer an extra tartness.

Gose brewed with coriander and sea salt with cherry added. Poured from a can into a MadTree tulip. The pour is reddish-gold in color and slightly hazy with no head whatsoever. On the nose I get lemon, sour apple, a little barnyard funk, and slight cherry note.
Medium light body with a firm feel and a sharp, sour flavor. Lemon rind, apple cider vinegar, and tonic water predominate. There is a little sour apple and some faint cherry notes as well, though the cherry is light enough as to be a little disappointing. Slighly saline, but not as noticeable as the Passionfruit Gose from this brewer (which I definitely prefer). Not as fruity as that beer either. Finishes dry and tart with lingering lemon juice flavors.

Cherry Gose - Sour Note
Gose - 4% abv
L - 2-finger bubbly white head rapidly recedes to a translucent dark-yellow body.
S - cherry sweetness, salt, spices.
T - mildly salted cherries. This thing is very well balanced. Neither too sweet nor too salty.
F - light body, high carb.
O - I need to get my hands on more of these once it’s 90 degrees and sweltering outside.

Look is transparent light pink. Like wateted down strawberry lemonade. Near zero head.
Aroma is sea salt, some tartness and a bit if cherry.
Taste follows nose. Sea salt like, some acidity/tartness and a bit of cherry at the end.
Feel is light and clean.
Overall they nailed the gose part. The cherry part could be improved a bit. The cherry cones across as pretty weak. If they amped the cherry up a lot this rating would be a lot closer to a 5.

Muddled pastel red, semi-clear, with no head.
Smells kind of like a barleywine, with cherry first, then molasses and salted caramel oddly enough.
Taste brings this back to Gose-land, with tart cherry, light syrup, taffy, and a little heat I'm not sure where from considering the low ABV, maybe just some unexpected oak.
