A - Straw yellow pour with a thin white lacing ring, light but steady carbonation.
S - Funky light colored citrus and lemon peel.
T - Bright citrus, funk, juicy tartness, white tart grapes, lemongrass. Slightly acidic.
M - Puckering, dry on the tongue while the sides of the mouth water like crazy.
O - A very good saison and worth seeking out.

Hazy straw golden in color with a fizzy thick head. Aromas of grass, lemon, pepper, and lacto sour aromas. More pepper shows up in the fast, lemongrass, orange juice and a light lacto malt acidity. Crisp and light bodied, not overly sour.

This reminds me of a Gose mixed with a traditional Berliner Weiss. Getting some wheat in the background. It's bright, sour, tart, citrusy but lacks any real depth.

On tap at 18th street.
Straw yellow. Citrus lemon smell and taste. Tart. Great biting mouth feel. Goes down smooth. Its tough to remember this entirely as its been a couple weeks.
Worth purchasing on tap. Bottles were being sold as well, but hmm maybe
