Pours a light red/pink color. 1 finger white head. Head retention is good. Some lacing on the glass.
The nose is a pleasing sour raspberry aroma. Slightly tart, but there's a hint of sweetness in the aroma.
Taste - There's a hint of raspberry, but it's not strong. There's a hint of the salt. Slightly tart.
The body is good. Not watery. About right for the style.
Tasty, and I could see pounding these on a hot summer day.

Pours a cloudy copper/pink color. 1/2 inch head of a white color. Great retention and decent lacing. Smells of raspberry, salt, hint of lactic acid, slight bacterial funk, and slight pale malt. Fits the style of a Leipzig Gose. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. There is also a noticeable tartness. Tastes of raspberry, salt, hint of lactic acid, slight bacterial funk, and slight pale malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, and body.

Appearance - The beer poured a deep red color with a white head.
Smell - The nose was highlighted by fresh raspberries and flowery notes.
Taste - At the front, fresh raspberries were noted with the sweetness fading quickly. The salt and wheat helped to highlight the tartness. The profile seemed to have a strengthening tartness even as the sweetness fades to a dry ending.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation pushed the sweetness back, while the fruit created a full body.
Overall - Another solid Sour Note Gose.

750 from brewery tasted from tall tulip.
Look: somewhat cloudy amber. Pours with 3/4 in head that rapidly dissipates. Tiny amount of cling to glass as contents are consumed. Small bubbles throughout.
Aroma:earthy, floral, berry, sour, seltzer.
Taste: tart raspberries, white bread, salt and sweet, cracker/biscuit maltiness. Retronasal is pure red raspberries.
Feel: effervescent and puckery. Salt and acid bring you back for the next sip. Body is appropriately light.
Overall: one of the best domestic gose I've had. Need more.
