Aroma is very lactic forward, with hints of coriander, wheat, and salt. Not much mango.
Flavor is more mango prominent, with a tartness and light sweetness accenting. Still lactic dominant, with a touch of coriander and wheat at the finish.

12 oz can. Pours super hazy orange with thick fizzy head, fades leaving little to no lacing. Fruity n tart aroma and taste. Juicy mango and orange dominate, tart comes in late with salty finish. Odd having a gose this juicy, but pretty good overall.

Appearance - The mango seems to have given the beer a darker straw color. The head was bright white.
Smell - Mango reall jumps out in a big way with a sour profile.
Taste - Oh this is good! The mango is like candy. The leanings are toward a pleasant sour profile with a nice saltiness. The balance between sweet and salty is there.
Mouthfeel- The carbonation works for the style. It helps create the overall profile.
Overall - I am reviewing the second batch. Clearly, it is am improvement over the first batch based on the reviews.

Poured into a Wicked Weed snifter. No freshness date.
A- Pours a hazy orangeish medium amber color with a 1/4 inch off-white head that soon dissipates to nothing. No lacing to speak of.
S- Lactic acid, a bit of booze and some sweetish mango.
T- Mild tartness gives way to bright mango and a wheat-y finish. Very drinkable and pretty refreshing.
M- Slight pucker with medium carbonation and a light body.
O- I'm not a big Gose guy but, for what it is, it's pretty good.

Hits the salty, sour notes, but there is a slight astringency that makes this a bit difficult to drink. The mango is subtle, but there. Solid Gose, but misses on a couple of marks for me.

12 oz can was poured into a sniffer.
Appearance: A two finger head was poured that reduced to nothing quickly. It is a hazy orange yellow color with no clarity or vision of anything.
Smell: Sour notes, wheaty, bready, and light mango.
Taste: Definitely getting those traditional tart, sour, salty, wheaty, and bready notes. Nice magpie flavor that doesn't overpower the beer too. Some chewy notes also.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied, tart, chewy, saltiness, and medium carbonation.
Overall: Nice gose with complimentary mango flavor to offset the saltiness of this style of beer. Looking forward to the next can I have in the fridge.

12 oz can into 18th Street snifter
A: Hazy cloudy orange yellow, looks like fruit juice
S: Salt, tart, light wheat, mango, generic tropical fruit juice
T: Mango, tart, balanced salt, wheat, hint of coriander
M: A little creamy than most commercial examples of gose
O: The mango definitely balances out the usual tartness nicely
