Quite an exceptional gose style beer you get everything pineapple some tart lemon and I even swore that I tasted some coconut giving me a pina colada sort of vibe before the salt kicked in the finish. Smooth and easy drinking well worth picking up.

Pours a pale yellow color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. No discernable aroma. Tastes like salty pineapple. Good mouth feel. A decent sour.

Aroma is pineapple and big wheat grain/earthy. The flavor is pineapple, fruit/tropical fruit, a hint of raspberries, wheat grain and a tart/slightly sweet/dryish finish.

I'm not a fan of pineapple but the sour notes were strongly present.

Appearance - The beer poured a pale straw color with a generous white head.
Smell - Salt and wheat come through in the nose.
Taste - My first impression is the pleasant level of salt. The pineapple is light, which is kind of nice. If it were overpowering, it might border on cloying. The finish allows all compenents to linger before disappearing.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation reflects the style, making you want to drink more
Overall - It's not my favorite sour note gose, but it is solid.
