Appearance : The beer poured a reddish-purple color with white bubble crowning the pour.
Smell - The nose had blueberry pie notes with little sourness.
Taste - The initial impression was bright sour blueberries with a salty sourness. The wheat gives the impression of pie crust. the sour lingered as the blueberries grew progressively more tart in the dry finish.
Mouthfeel - The carbonation was appropriate for the style and brushed away the sweetness.
Overall - This is an odd take on the style, but it is quite good.
