Now this is a fantastic gose! There is a heavier breadiness, almost like coffee cake, as a base, but the blueberry tartness, sugars, and sour oak flavors really take it from there. Taste is powerful yet decently nuanced for style. Smell is tart blueberry an honey wheat. Pours a magenta with little foam, and it is as fun as it looks. Bravo!
