Aroma is big vinegar, fruit/pineapple and slightly musty. The flavor is wheat, big vinegar, pineapple/fruit, slight candy/sugar and a medium sweet/tart finish.

Pale lemon yellow body, completely transparent. Small head production and poor retention are fairly typical for the style. Body is mostly still. Brew becomes almost completely opaque once the bottom of the can is poured in.
Slightly sweet on the nose, with a bit of the milky funk I associate with the style. Pineapple, vanilla, and pale malt, all in a fairly restrained presentation.
Flavor is on the spot for the style: a bit of milky, musty funk up front, light tartness throughout, and present but tactfully restrained use of the adjuncts. The vanilla comes through perhaps the most, but if they didn't mention the additives on the can, you might never know.
Very lively and easy to drink. Definitely crushable, if one were in the mood to do so.
No complaints, no off flavors, and despite the crazy name, this isn't an over-the-top sweet-and-sour beer.
