Pauline inneholder 50% råsaft fra norske plommer. Ølet ble egentlig brygget opp til 12%, men deretter tilsatt 1000 liter råsaft som jekket ned prosenten noen hakk. Passer til sushi, sjømat og alene.

330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 6.5%. Clear and very pale straw colour, small and shortlived white head. Aroma of plum juice, fresh ginger and lactic acid. Medium sour flavour with the same elements. Warming mouthfeel from the ginger.
