This is a cold-mashed imperial stout with huge amounts of barley and wheat. Contains cocoa-nibs from Nortico in Costa Rica, which is fermented and roasted to suit this bourbon barrel aged stout.

330 ml can in cardboard cylinder, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 15%. Black colour, moderate to small brown head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate brownies, cocoa, bourbon, vanilla, coffee and oak. Very sweet and malty flavour, with the same elements. A dessert beer, I recommend sharing the can.
