The mouthfeel and taste of our barrel aged stouts is like a dessert in a can. This time we added foraged marshmallow and fresh cocoa fron Nortico kakao.
Ingredients: Water, BARLEY, OAT, WHEAT, marshmallow, cocoa from Nortico, hop and yeast.
Hops: Chinook.

330 ml test can, from the brewery. ABV is 15%. Pitch black colour, large to moderate brown head. Aroma of marshmallows, molasses, vanilla, cocoa, hints of oak and bourbon. Sticky / cloying mouthfeel. Overly sweet and cloying flavour with the same elements as the aroma. Would not buy again.
