Vår lambic-style surøl er norskprodusert med en unik og selvhøstet villgjær fra Laland på Klepp.

Arv means inheritance in Norwegian. This reflects the culture of grainproduction, wild yeast, and the tradition of the lambic-style. Arv is brewed with local barley and propogated using the unique RYGR-yeaststrain, then matured in barrels.

Havbris means ocean breeze and reflects when the cold ocean winds come to land. Matured for over 3 years in Sauvignon blanc barrels. This honors the ocean breeze, flowing over fields.
Ingredients: water, barley & wheat from Jærmalt, hops and yeast.

375 ml corked & caged test bottle from the brewery, very hard to open. Slightly hazy golden to orange colour, small white head. Distinct aroma of lactic acid and very sour lemons, also notes of farmhouse and oak. The flavour is sour, but not as extreme as I feared. Notes of lactic acid, lemons, oak and dry white wine.
