Biscuit leads with notes of daisy, marmalad, mint and black currant. Roughly even malt-hop balance is at once rich and crisp. Dry finish is accentuated by moderate bitterness and slightly coarse biscuit flavor. Marmalade flavor lingers along with a touch of malt and daisy.

500ml bottle. Date stamp on label is 'BOTTLED ON 11/18/25'.
Clear, medium amber colored body. Off white thin head with the pour, and this recedes to an island and a full ring. No lacing.
Aroma of biscuit and black currant.
Taste is fruity and strong. Flavors of black currant, plum, brown sugar, treacle, and mint. Aftertaste gives hints of molasses.
More than medium mouthfeel. Slight tongue sting. Quite bitter, especially in the aftertaste. Higher ABV% is warming. Okay carbonation.
Quite like a flavored malt liquor

Strong, deep burnt bitter finish across a treacle malt backbone. Poured a good head that dissipated to thin lace. Nose was deep alcohol.
