Sampled onsite in a snifter glass.
Pours dark amber, with little head and moderate to slow carbonation. Aroma is that of wheat and roasted malt. Taste is pleasantly balanced malt and wheat profiles. Little of the promised banana characteristics show in my humble opinion. Alcohol is very subtle despite being 9.1%. This is a very nicely done brew and highly recommended!
