500ml bottle. Bottled on 8.9.23 This batch is 10.5% ABV. NON-Barrel aged. A stout/honey braggot hybrid as I take it. USDA Organic. I'm taking my time sipping on this one. I have notice the aroma and taste change with temp. rather quickly.
Smell: Chocolate, roast, later on as it warms you get some floral notes with a hint of sweet and alcohol.
Taste follows the nose for the most part. The chocolate is slightly dry. There is a micro hint of honey on the near finish. But the final finish goes back to chocolate. There is a hint of earth near the finish. Rather smooth easy drinking beer. Mouth feel is ok but a little on the thin side. ABV is rather hidden but it's there. Not much of a honey flavor but it seems to be in the background just sweeten up the beer just a tad.
I will give it 4.07/5 overall. I would buy and drink this one again.

dry roasty with a hint of sweetness throughout. Neat beer / braggot - but rounded out with a fuller body that still has that dry flavor of an import style stout.

L: Black with a slight brown hue.
S: Honey sweetness, chocolate, toasted malts, vanilla.
T: follows the nose with a little bit of hoppy bitterness, an additional milk chocolate flavor is present.
F: Not very thick and sticky like a lot of stouts which I like.
O: A great stout combined with great mead.
