Large head that settles quickly to film and rim bubbles. A smattering of spots and a couple of streaks are left behind. The liquid is cloudy providing a white hue to the dirty gold color.
Clean initial aroma with a solid pale malt presence. Subsequent sniffs bring forth a strong weedy/earthy nose. It goes from mellow to harsh in rapid succession. Strong dry hop!
Slightly elevated carbonation to the otherwise neutral body. The malt is steady while the liquid is in the mouth. The swallow brings a rush of biting black pepper bitterness. This leads to a moderate length aftertaste. This fits the NEIPA profile nicely.
