Look: Copper in color and clear in the glass and on the pour, which yields a bountiful head that builds and holds, slowly settling to a pillow and leaving strings of lacing behind
Aroma: Floral hops, freshly baked bread, lemons, wafts of honey, warm biscuits, some lime, and lightly toasted crust
Taste: Opens up with toasted crust and loads of bready malt that come together nicely and deepen as lemon-lime and flowers start to cut into the bready goodness. Waxleaf privet, Japanese snowbell, and daylily all in the fold. Biscuits and bread come on again along with lemon-lime to close it out
Mouthfeel: Full but light, clean, smooth, medium-high carbonation, and decently soft on the finish
Overall: This is some good stuff. My first beer from these folks and was described to me exactly how it tastes – part blonde, part pale lager, part hoppy pale ale. A nice subtle but flavorful malt base alongside a hop bill that tastes and smells like what you’d find in a pale lager or ale – floral and lemon-lime. Nice smooth feel too and quite refreshing – perfect for a warm day. Definitely worth the purchase and a try if you see it

Draft at Barsideous. Golden pour, small white foamy head. Aroma is grainy and biscuity, fresh bread. Taste is bready, grassy with a light hoppy kick at the finish.
