L: a dark brown, short lived head
S: brownie dough
T: VERY sweet - like dessert - pleasant for a sip or two and then quickly becoming cloying and difficult to finish
F: Rather thick and a bit chewy
O: I am particularly fond of brown ales whether northern or southern English or American (eg, Janet's Brown) but this beer is much more like a pastry stout than a brown ale. In the end I could not finish the pint. I enjoyed the first sip or two, drank about 3-4oz total and drain poured the rest.
