Pours a light amber with fine, quickly fading head.
Smell is light and tart with notes of wheat, citrus and a hint of tea.
Taste is light, crisp and tart with a slight saltiness. Notes of green tea, citrus and wheat dough with a little bit of bitterness on the end.
Mouthfeel is thin with effervescent carbonation.
Overall, a very nice, pretty traditional Gose.
