Poured from a bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear amber color with a huge head of fizzy white foam. The head fades over a moderate amount of time to leave a little bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is heavy of a grainy smell mixed with a little bit caramel aroma. Along with these smells comes a little bit of a hay like smell as well as a touch of grass.
Taste – The taste begins with a grainy taste mixed with some flavors of light caramel and very light harvest fruit of pear and peach. These tastes take the taste to the end where they are joined by a little bit of a grassy and hay taste to leave one with a rather crisp and lighter taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is light and crisp with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the tastes and abv. of the brew the feel is great and makes of a nice easy sipper.
Overall – Nothing super flavorful, but easy drinking and refreshing. A nice easy session style brew.

Como le pasa a muchas artesanales mexicanas, abusan del gas. Entonces la cerveza "pica"

Pours a golden color with an overactive white head. (Pour gently) Seems to be over carbonated. Head hung around with some decent lacing. Smell was on the sweet side. Biscuity, malty and ends slightly sweet. Flavors are well balanced. Nice light blonde ale.

Pours a clear gold color. 3/2 inch head of a white color. Great retention and slight lacing. Smells of floral hops, rice, pale malt, slight sweet malt, and a hint of citrus hops. Fits the style of an American Blonde Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with a high carbonation level. Tastes of floral hops, rice, pale malt, slight sweet malt, slight caramel malt, grass, and a hint of citrus hops. Overall, average appearance, too carbonated, but decent otherwise.
