Poured from the can into a tulip glass.
Quite a solid looker appearance wise. Deep faint bronze and light amber, mixing with a brass yellow clarity. Very fine carbonation, hardly noticeable, but reaches to a classic fluffy bright white head of three fingers with excellent staying power.
Aroma is more towards malt, and hints of mostly peanut butter strangely. Slight hints of sucrose and Belgian candi like sugar. Not much of a yeasty profile on this but not sure where this is heading palate wise. Nothing off at least I can tell.
Palate manages some much different qualities than the nose. Slight hinting fruity tones of peach and nectarine, but with a bit of a slightly hinting wet mouthfeel. Flavors wash out quite a bit. Very long odd bitterness on this as well, and a bit of steely like hop presence perhaps. Some lighter candied like stone fruit manages to sneak out also.
Sort of a higher end Belgian Blonde, wish this had a more unique estery yeast profile but there's plenty to enjoy here, and also very easy drinking for a high abv too.
