A - Opaque nearly black body, with deep chocolate highlights, and a light tan head that fades to a thin cap. Lacing is tiny lined, draping across the glass.
S - Slightly boozy, chocolate and toast, a bit of spicy hop note, and coffee as the odors trail off.
T - Follows the nose, but with a richer chocolate core, some umami soy aspects making the smokiness and toast element pop, and a finish that is surprisingly mild, with soft acidity of coffee and char bitterness.
M - Mild carbonation, decent weight, and a dry, clean close.
O - A solid entry, quite drinkable for the style which may reflect the low ABV for the style, tasty and satisfying.
