Light golden color with a thick two finger head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of malt sweetness, some herbal hops and white bread.
Flavor with notes of biscuit, malt sweetness, mild floral and spicy hops and faint orange citrusy. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness. 11 IBUs seem right.
Light body with perfect carbonation.
Relatively sweet Pale Lager (not Pilsen), still not necessarily unbalanced nor dull. Well executed, just missing more hops to tame its malt body.
