Light golden color with a two-finger head with medium retention.
Aroma with notes of apples, herbal and earthy hops, pineapple, yellow fruits and malt.
Flavor with notes of hay, piney, earthy and spicy hops, yellow fruits, honey, maybe cloves and guarana. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness that feels lower than its 30 IBUs.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Fruity Pale Ale with spices. Interesting idea to have a beer with all Brazilian ingredients including yeast from local biome and hops which are generally imported. They should keep working on that to make it more rounded.
