Dark brown, ruby red, clear colour. Beige, high, persistent head. The head is made up of fine bubbles and clings intensely to the glass.The aroma is quite intense, malty, bready, slightly roasted, caramelised, with a strong note of dark, fried fruit (plums). There are delicate earthy accents in the background. It is consistent and encourages you to try this beer.The flavour is moderately sweet, fruity (jam) with a delicate, roasted bitterness in the finish.Medium carbonation. Medium to full body. Smooth texture. Medium-long, dry aftertaste.
