It's a little too "Mellow" for me... Like most of Line Creek's offerings, it's a little weak.

Appearance: Pours a darkened brown body with just shy of an inch worth of beige foam.
Smell: Dusty darkened malts, a pretty mild aroma altogether, with just a bit of chocolate and ultra faint vanilla.
Taste: Lightly sweet dark maltiness, lightly chocolaty with some mellow hints of roasty coffee. The vanilla element is rather light throughout this ordeal and the pistachio remains quite illusive, too. Just more of the lightly sweet chocolate (mild, too) through its thinning finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Okay, okay, so you're meller, but it definitely needs some 'mmph' in the flavor and aromatics department. While I don't need it to BOWL ME OVER with rich decadence, its determined mildness leaves the beer feeling pretty lethargic.
