The first of our Double IPA Series, Total Consciousness. Double dry hopped with Citra, Denali, and Idaho #7. These hops go forever! So we’ve got that going for us, which is nice.

I live near the Brewery, so I go there a lot. I've tried everything they make, and this one is probably the best of the lot. They are up to Episode 3 now, but 1 and 2 were the best.
It's basically a New England double IPA, and is a close clone to Wild Leap's Alpha Abstractions - in fact, Wild Leap calls them Volumes, and they are up to higher numbers, but the result is the same - hoppier but, more like a West Coast. Still cloudy, but more bitterness. Frankly, I like them both. Line Creek is getting better at producing good beers. Looking forward to their "much talked about" Pecan brew, if it ever comes out.
