Fully opaque purple-red with a thin head that dies to a thin, pastel purple chain.
Smell is a little lighter and brighter than taste, with lime spritzed blackberry juice that pops but is a little airy.
Fresh seedy blackberry is up front on the palate, with tart accents of lime and hints of shortbread. The saltiness of the style is pretty much squashed by the fullness of the tart, sweet juicy berry as a moderate, fulfilling carbonation leads into a semi-dry finish. Hints of orange creep on, and in conjunction with the vanilla, this lends an occasional creamsicle element.
Missing Mountain is doing Answer things already! Thankfully this has a bit more of a beery bite and is much less sweet than some of those ostentatious juicers. Still, this is extremely fruit puree-forward.
