Chill haze pale gold with a fluffy white head of tiny pearls settling to a thin film leaving tall walls of lacing.
This starts with pretty typical pilsener notes of grassy cornbread in the smooth, frothy and roundly full body, but then quickly veers into a distinctly crackery, peppery Nelson characteristic before a perfectly cotton dry finish.
