This west coast IPA is brilliantly clear and showcasing aroma and flavors of citrus fruits and pine! The flavor profile gains complexity from the massive dry hop including centennial, columbus, cascade, citra, chinook, palisade, and simcoe hops. A subtle yet balanced bitterness and dry finish helps to round out this beer making it very enjoyable and drinkable!

Poured out of a 16 oz. can into one of my pint glasses, this beer pours a clear, light to medium golden color with a fluffy looking white head that's about an inch thick when first poured. head eventually settles to a thick film layer of surface foam along with a fairly thick ring lining the inside of the glass. Nice lacing too. Aromas of some bready malts along with pine, citrus, and grassy, herbal hop notes. A very similar flavor profile, with some bready, biscuity malt notes that give way to the aforementioned piney, citrus, and herbal, grassy hop notes. There's a bit of a spice bite here too. The hop notes certainly dominate the flavor profile, and the bitter notes are refined and pleasant to my tastebuds. Has a crisp, also smooth, just slightly cloying and sticky, medium bodied mouthfeel with moderate carbonation. All of the flavors hang around on my palate for awhile after each sip. A very nice beer here, and a good representation of this style of beer.

Clear gold with a tall off-white foam that slowly settles in airy lumps to leave puffy mounds of fuzzy lacing.

A solidly bitter WCIPA indeed, this classic citrus and pine combo is accented by a touch of orange liqueur bite and a hint of toasty cracker.

The medium-light, slick body has a frothy, airy carbonation and finishes semi-dry.

Definitely old school west-coast IPA -- almost a little bit of a throwback. Really enjoyed it. Pine notes dominate, but definitely some citrus going on as well.

Stopped at the brewery on my way across Ohio this summer -- great space and great service, hope I'll be in the neighborhood again sometime.

1 PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass

This beer pours a golden hue. It is topped with an inch of off white head that leaves decent lacing.

It has a nice citrus aroma with hints of melon. There is a little pine.

The taste is earthy and resiny. I get some grapefruit.

Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel

This is a solid IPA. I am not mad that I only bought a single can. It is nothing special but not bad.

Clear yellow gold in color. Small head, minimal lacing. Aroma of pine and grapefruit. Complexity comes from the dry hop additions of centennial, cascade, Columbus, chinook, simcoe and palisade hops. Taste is bitter like the west coast hop bombs of the previous 2 decades. If you, like me long for those 'ol west coast hop bomb, try this one. Mouthfeel is clean and dry. Just what I was looking for!
