This Hazy DIPA is modeled after our Hazy Pale Ale Zwickel Trickle. The difference is, we added to the malt bill to beef up the abv, and we added to the all mosaic dry hop to provide you mosaic overload! The result is a hazy and soft beer bursting with notes of strawberries, blueberries, and citrus fruit! Let the mosaic shine! Cheers!

Opaque maize with a short but dense puffy white head settling slowly to a creamy curled ring leaving softly fluid blobs of lace on the glass.
My immediate impression is minty orange juice, through and through. Shortly thereafter, a light bitterness comes out, more towards the finish, featuring a mildly resinous quality. The malt also becomes a little more prominent, almost grahamy, but in a way that helps complete the tasty experience.
The smooth medium body has a softly firm and delicately filling carbonation, finishing a lightly powdery semi-dry.
