It started way back in history with a style originally brewed in Cologne, Germany. This pilsner malt-based beer is brewed at low temperatures then lagered until ill to create a brilliantly clear, light and refreshing beverage fit for the three bad brothers you know so well.

Slightly chill hazed yellow gold with a fairly short white head.
Straw and cornbread come with a hint of salinity before exhaling a touch of pear skin. White bread too.
The medium body has an expanding foam and finishes semi-dry. Easy drinking.

There's something on the finish that feels soapy and tastes rather odd. Not a terrible kolsch but not a great representation either.
