This Hazy DIPA was brewed utilizing "Phantasm"! Phantasm is a New Zealand product produced from Marlborough Sauv Blanc grapes which are loaded with thiol precursors that create big aromas and flavors of guava, passion fruit, and citrus. We then dry-hopped this beer with massive amounts of Nelson, Topaz, and a bit of Simcoe. Exploding with flavors of guava, passion fruit, and orange, this beer drinks soft as a pillow! Enjoy!
