Fully opaque pureed yellow corn with a short but dense white head clinging in fine craggy sheeting.
After two beers at North Water, having this at Taco Tontos brings the flavor explosion I was looking for, and then some. It's juicy af Orange Julius accented by a little freshly dewy cannabic dankness. A faint shortbread backing allows the hoppy craze to just party all around on the palate via a delicate yet firm carbonation.
Coming back to this after having a Crooked Pecker NEIPA makes it stand even more head and shoulders above its local competition. This is one of the best I've had in quite a while.
