A beer brewed to shine light on the fact that this should be the RULE and not the exception. We chose to make an American Strong Pale Ale hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and dry hopped aggressively with Galaxy and Mosaic. The taste profile will lean towards crisp citrus fruit followed by balanced bitterness. It truly is a beer symbolizing inclusion as we aimed to brew a beer EVERYONE would enjoy.
