Glossy dark brown, seeming to grasp just shy of full black, with a thin tan head quickly dispersing to a ring.
The woody, woody, woody nose gives way to a slick chocolatey palate that releases a little heat on the finish. Barrel adds some cassia and rooty sassafras.
The medium body is a touch spicy but also fairly deep and tasty.
