The beer features a beautiful straw colour that is bright and clear, reminiscent of the Cornish coast where it's brewed.

300ml can.
L: Golden with a light haze, no visible carbonation and one finger of soapy head.
S: Heather honey? Not what I was expecting. Becomes more standard European pale lager as it warms.
T: Semi-sweet pale malt and hops that are floral, vaguely citrusy and not quite spicy.
F: Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, zero carbonation. Not at all crisp.
O: The words “pilsner” and “Cornish lager” are used on the can but I’m not sure this beer knows what it is. It’s definitely not a pilsner. It’s mostly a standard lager with some German noble hops and American pale ale hops. Disappointing.
