Knill is an evolution of one of our first ever beers, Knill by Mouth, first brewed back in 2010. A ramped up hybrid of a classic style, mixed with modern execution.
Knill is a big, sharp West Coast DIPA, with all the bitterness and pine you want. All of the oil rich hops beginning with 'C' have been used to create this rich amber 7.5% ABV craft beer.
Malts: Extra Pale Ale Malt, Crystal 150
Hops: Chinook, Cascade, Columbus
Yeasts: SO4
