Copenhagen 24/11 2020. 33 cl can from Shop N Play, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C. Red can with strange masks hanging from wires.
Pours opaque, hazy orange with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with exotic fruit and citric fumes. Peach and papaya. Grape fruit and pine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth and lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Nice juicy yet boozy DIPA. Like a sneaky screwdriver.
