Copenhagen 18/2 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh. K. Close up of some of the people I ought to understand on the can. Coop with Merakai Brewing.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweet odor mingling with a stronger citric sour scent. Peach and sweet oranges. Lemon and citrus. A bit sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, a bit greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart and sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is tart and citric. Lingers for bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Fruity and tart with decent intensity.
