Copenhagen 17/9 2020. 33 cl can from Shop N Play, H.C. Ørstedsvej, Frb. C. Checkered can in orange and green. Very gushy upon opening.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a very big white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin, fragmented layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with lemonadish fumes mingling with tart notes. Sweet soda pop. Citrus and sour berries. A bit acerbic.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling - almost fizzy - texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tartness. Aftertaste is tart with a light sugar lining and lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Fairly well-balanced with lemonade meeting unripe sour fruits.
